EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with web-based tools and software such as Microsoft Office. Two or more years of experience with Banner student information system or similar application/database.
  • Ability to solve complex problems that demonstrate innovative thinking, flexibility, collaboration, and a student-centric approach.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of student academic experience and ability to comprehend/interpret student needs.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Demonstrate a strong dedication to promoting inclusivity and diversity which includes actively seeking out and valuing diverse perspectives, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals of all backgrounds, and continuously striving to create a culture of respect and understanding.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
