The student analyst will be a key member of the Oxford Finance Transformation team and will play an integral role on our ongoing process, people and technology improvement initiatives across the Global Finance & Technology team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting, Finance) or Management Engineering
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required), Visio an asset
Prior real estate experience and/or previous experience in a project-based environment is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

Participate in the delivery of projects by working closely with finance and technology professionals and external vendors
Assist in the preparation of data analysis, process documentation & reporting
Support project management activities as required (project progress, status and issues/risk tracking)
Prepare and provide analytical insights on improvement opportunities within our project portfolio
Support our finance learning & development content creation, delivery and administration
Participate in ad hoc initiatives and special projects as required
