JOB OVERVIEW

Brentside High School is seeking to appoint a SaFE Worker to support the behaviour and pastoral intervention and support needed for effective learning within an allocated Key Stage. This is a key role in monitoring the progress of students to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
We are a ‘popular and oversubscribed’ (Ofsted), 11-19 comprehensive school of 1,600 students.
SaFE workers assist students’ academic and holistic progress. They ensure that Brentside’s Learning Agreement is adhered to and the appropriate interventions are put in place in order to make students feel safe, secure and successful. They provide support to the Year Leader with the coordination of all aspects of the development of independent learners within their year group in order to lay the foundation for a successful academic career in preparation for their future.
