Description:
Are you a team player? Can you help execute a variety of tasks within our Communications and People Experiences team to make our site a communicating and vibrant organization?
We’re looking for student assistants to help ensure that our more than 1500 employees in Denmark are updated – from the big news to the small but important details. Whether you work from our Hillerød site, our satellite office in Copenhagen, or hybrid, we value a can-do attitude, a collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to our mission of being “Partners for Life”.

What you will do:
- Internal Communication: Keep our intranet and info screens updated with everything that’s happening within the company, ensuring that messages are clear and engaging, and help Create and update various communications materials such as PowerPoint, Canva and Contact Monkey.
- Content creation: Spotting and sharing our organizational stories across platforms.
- Creating communications plans on bigger and smaller projects and executing them accordingly.
- Proofreading content and paying attention to detail.
- Media Production: If you have an interest in Taking photo, filming and producing short videos, you’ll get to create content that brings our internal stories to life.
- CMS Expertise: Become a super user on our intranet and help train colleagues in our CMS system.
- Event Coordination: You will assist in planning and executing a range of events—from big annual parties to monthly Townhall meetings and social activities.
- Administrative Tasks: You will handle registrations; help coordinate event logistics and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Response and Support: Respond to questions and support ad hoc communication requests from employees and leaders.
- Media surveillance: Cover relevant media across the life science business and report on relevant coverage.

Our team:
You will join a closely-knit communication team of two employees supporting our Danish site in close cooperation with our global communication colleagues.
We are looking for someone who:
- Could be pursuing a degree with focus on Communication, Digital Media, Journalism or something similar. Whether you study at a CBS, RUC, KU, ITU, KEA, or another Danish based higher educational institution is not essential though. — Your energy, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate are more important to us than your specific field of study.
- Are a good communicator in English, both verbally and in writing since this is our company language.
- Enjoy a mix of administrative work, content creation, project work, stakeholder management and teamwork above all, where we help each other and make things happen.
