As part of a current project at the Chair of High Frequency Electronics, support is required for the development of RF amplifiers. The semiconductor technologies used include GaAs, GaN and SiGe for applications such as satellite communication or 5G/6G applications. Your main task in this job is the simulation-based circuit design of integrated RF amplifiers.
