YOUR PROFILE
At the earliest opportunity, we are looking for a reliable, independent and structured student with strong motivation and:
- Good written and spoken English and German skills;
- Knowledge of creating or maintaining websites (optional);
- Knowledge of common IT software (e.g. Office, photo/video editing);
- Knowledge of creating databases (optional);
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with topics related to the AI Center for example, the corporate design of RWTH Aachen University (website).

Responsibilities:
We are looking for support with a wide range of tasks related to the administration and organization of the AI Center, e.g.:
- Support in the organization of events (e.g. AI Colloquium and AI Week);
- Maintenance and updating of the websites of the AI Center and the AI Week;
- Creation of graphics and/or presentations (German and English);
- Communication with participating scientists and partners;
- Creation, organization and maintenance of a database (optional);
- Other administrative tasks.
