Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Funds Management team at Inpay, a fast-growing Fintech company in the payments space.
As a Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in Funds Management, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the world of payments and financial inclusion.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, committed to quality and meeting deadlines, and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders. You should be willing to work 20-28 hours per week, with flexible working hours, and be available to start as soon as possible.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience working in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email and identify, and/or advise on payments information and operational questions on Inpay’s systems
- Save bank statements, invoices, and records for auditors
- Payments data analysis
- Bank balance reconciliations
- Organise internal documentation
- Assist in building best-in-class documentation for processes and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Spot and troubleshoot areas where workflows can be improved
