Role Description
Are you looking for hands-on experience in corporate communication? Then we have an exciting opportunity offering you the possibility to work with a broad set of assignments and a passionate team.
You will join the Leadership & Employee Communications team, a dedicated team of 5 professionals, and part of the Global Communications team, at LEO Pharma.
Our team is responsible for all internal communication, working across all functions and markets, in close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, Strategy Office, and Global People.
“You can look forward to becoming part of a passionate team and a global network of professionals. As part of our work to transform LEO Pharma, you will help shape our content, platforms and concepts”, - says Karen Louise Lauesen, Head of Leadership & Employee Communications.

WHO ARE YOU THEN?

We are looking for someone who is first and foremost passionate about the communication field. You will be part of scoping and creating engaging, high-quality content for internal communication, together with a highly engaged team.

The position requires that you:

  • Be enrolled at either Bachelor or master’s within Communications or a related field.
  • Have the ability to work professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Can competently navigate in a complex global matrix organisation.
  • Possess professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

“This is an environment where your ideas will be valued, and your contributions will have a real impact”, - says Karen Louise Lauesen, Head of Leadership & Employee Communications.

Responsibilities:

You will have the chance to contribute to the planning, design, and execution of engaging internal content across multiple channels. If you are ready to make an impact and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation and publication/distribution of engaging content, including news articles, videos, pictures, and PowerPoint slides.
  • Schedule and scope Global Connect meetings with key market communicators.
  • Support with ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the intranet, company presentation, and brand platform.
  • Participate in ad-hoc Branding/Communications projects as needed, including scoping new initiatives and developing campaign material.

“LEO Pharma’s transformation journey has a unique impact on Global Communication and no two days are the same”, - says Karen Louise Lauesen, Head Leadership & Employee Communications.
