To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education and have at least 1,5 years left
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken, fluency in Danish is beneficial
- Can work 15 - 20 hours a week during regular business hours
- Have a keen interest in working with HR and creating solutions through people
- Have great IT-skills and experience working with MS Office
Responsibilities:
You will mainly be assisting our HR Business Partnering team with different tasks and projects related to recruitment. We want to provide our Student Assistants with the best experiences possible, and you can therefore expect to be involved in different HR projects depending on what you are most passionate about.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative tasks such as inviting candidates for interviews, sending tests, booking meetings, etc.
- Creating job postings in cooperation with the Hiring Managers or through inquiries and posting them on relevant platforms
- Updating and optimizing templates
- Creating presentation material like PowerPoints
- Creating shortlists for vacancies through LinkedIn
- Employer branding activities at universities, career fairs, etc.
