We are looking for a climate-motivated Student Assistant to help progress our sustainable ideas to success. You are an experimenter, a roadblock remover, an evidence producer, and a person who sees innovation as crucial in succeeding with the green transition.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As our new Student Assistant for Ramboll Tech, you will be involved in supporting our innovation teams and building best practices. You will be part of an international team which values open communication, empathy, and having a can-do attitude. Working hours will be flexible to suit your studies and will range between 15-20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the development of innovation process materials, including templates and playbooks, to support our innovation teams in adhering to best practices.
  • Coordinate internal collaboration processes between different teams, i.e. collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, subject matter experts in different client segments; facilitate retrospectives etc.
  • Participate in innovation sprints and workshops, and related co-ordination tasks
  • Conduct research on investment and technology trends in the broader innovation ecosystem surrounding Ramboll to help inform how we prioritize our innovation projects

  • A genuine interest and passion to explore new ways of thinking and challenge the status quo.

  • It’s a plus if you have experience with the Lean Startup methodology, design thinking, or working in an agile team.
  • Currently in the last year of your Bachelors degree or pursuing your Masters degree, with a minimum of one year left in your studies
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must
