About the Department
In QC at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark, we are approximately 256 people supporting manufacturing both on site and as a CLO. We test Drug Substance, Drug Product and all the raw materials used in the onsite manufacturing processes as well as stability samples. We have several testing teams and five supporting teams in QC - the QC Sample Control team belongs to one of them.
In the QC Sample Control team, you will have 16 engaged and hard-working colleagues (Including 2 Student Assistantss). A success criterion for filling this position is a can-do attitude, eagerness to solve a broad range of tasks and a desire to take responsibility and ownership. The position is a mix of routine and ad hoc challenges, and we work in an ever-changing world, so the right candidate must thrive within and out of the “comfort zone”. And you are, of course, a strong team player, who also appreciates in the social part of being in a team – and a good laugh.

About the Job
In the position as a Student Assistants in QC Sample Control we offer opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in constant flow of tasks within Drug Substance, Drug Product and Stability samples for other QC testing departments both in-house and contract labs.
Please note: We will require you to invest some extra weekdays during the first few months to ensure you receive the proper training and can become fully integrated in the team.
Your job will mainly focus on tasks such as collecting Drug Substance samples in Manufacturing, sample handling of Drug Substance samples and In-process samples. Aliquoting of samples in Biosafety Cabinet, annual inspections of reference samples, cleaning of equipment, review, and other unscheduled/unplanned/extra work. The job is scheduled to be 7-15 hours a week, including work on the weekends and holidays. You will be working one workday each week (can be 2 x part time) and Saturday biweekly with working hours being from 07:00–15:00.

  • You are detail oriented and eager to learn GMP.
  • You are currently enrolled in a university education and studying biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English is required as we are an international company.
  • Flexibility in relation to duties and working hours.

You will be planning your work schedule with our 2 Student assistants already boarded.
