About the Department
You will be a part of the dedicated Operational Learning Team at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Hillerød. The team supports all the different roles on the site in Hillerød, and collaborates with other FUJIFILM sites globally. Hence the Student Assistant must have a flair for collaborating internally and externally.
About the Position
The position is targeted towards students with an interest and passion for organizational learning and business administration.

The primary task is to support the learning professional in their everyday work which consist of:

  • Administrative work with our LMS system
  • Managing our shared mailbox
  • Supporting the team with small and big learning projects
  • Support the team creating learning materials

We are also using analytic tools such as Tableau, so if you have experience with data administration or any other skill that may be relevant, feel free to mention it in your application. Even though some tasks will always be at the top of your priority list, we can adapt the position to better suit your interest and competencies. Additionally, you could also base your university’s projects on our company.
Remote working is also an option from time to time, but especially in the first period we expect you to come on site.
About the Team
We are a team of 8 colleagues with different backgrounds, nationalities, and competencies. Our strength is the ability to collaborate effectively and have fun at the same time! We will make sure you feel welcome to our team and will do our outmost to support you in your role.
Qualifications and Education
It is expected that you are studying for a bachelor’s or master’ degree, preferably in Learning, HR, Digital Solutions, Communications or similar.
As a person you are well-organized and responsible in your way of working. You are open-minded and a motivated individual who values teamwork and you bring a good sense of humor to work. You are flexible and take ownership and responsibility of your tasks. Moreover, we value a motivated individual who is happy to help where needed and who takes ownership of his/her tasks.
