Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are recruiting a Student Assistant to join our Onboarding and Support team for a remote work position. Our Onboarding and Support team continuously strives for professional and expedient customer support related to their payments and configuration in the company’s systems. As our new Student Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for our morning weekend coverage of the Support function. In addition to the weekend coverage, you can expect additional working hours allocated during the week up to the maximum weekly hours in the contract.
YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL BE:
- Answer client queries regarding payments
- Assist with configuration and technical information
- Ensure proper escalation of client queries to the appropriate teams
