A STRUCTURED APPROACH WITH AN ANALYTICAL MINDSET

You enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment, and you are able to multi-task efficiently. You have an analytical mindset, but also like to be creative and open-minded. Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar – with at least 1,5-2 years left in your studies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Power Point skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in commercial analysis and working with consumer insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and structured approach with high attention to detail
- Genuine interest in jewellery and retail, and a natural flare for culture and trends would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
ARE YOU A VERSATILE AND ADAPTIVE TEAM-PLAYER, WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND A DETAIL-ORIENTED APPROACH TO YOUR TASKS?
The Product Innovation team is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Business Unit which sits within Pandora Global Marketing. As Student Assistant, you will support the GBU Product Innovation team in delivering our growth ambitions and you will be a natural part of the team to deliver on the Product Innovation team’s objectives. In this global role, you will report to a Brand Manager but on a day-to-day basis work with different members of the Product Innovation team. You will get exposed to a variety of tasks, which will typically include:
- Monitor & map competitive activities and trends
- Conduct market and pricing analyses
- Contribute to prepare consumer research
- Prepare project presentations for key strategic meetings with top management
- Support the team in preparing project plans and coordinating internal meetings
- Manage various on-going and ad hoc tasks in the GBU Product Innovation team
