We are looking for a passionate and service minded student helper to join our IT ServiceDesk team as part of the Information Technology Department.

IT ServiceDesk is a part of Digital Technologies which is a fast-growing department responsible for driving the digital transformation for the site. You will be surrounded by highly dedicated and skilled colleagues who all works on the mission of developing, ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant IT solutions. Simplicity and agility are important in everything we do.
About the position:
You will be part of the IT ServiceDesk working with onboarding new end users, performing IT support by interacting with end users, computer hardware, mobile devices, collaboration tools incl. MS365 and other projects.
Requirements:
We are looking for a resourceful and analytical person with a good understanding of IT, service minded, team player and good communicator in English, both verbally and in writing.
