Description:

Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

European Energy is a green company that develops, constructs, and operates projects within solar- (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X. European Energy is increasingly reliant upon data and systems as drivers for our global business model, making information and cyber security essential.
As our student assistant you will play a significant role in supporting the Group Information Security and Compliance function in European Energy. One of this function’s key ambitions is to ensure we are aligned with applicable directives and laws (such as NIS2), in all countries where EE Group operates. We naturally also keep an eye on the Threat landscape and ensure we have the right controls in place to mitigate security risks.
You will be part of a supportive, and enthusiastic department located in Søborg. As part of the Information Security team, you will help mature EE’s global group InfoSec program. As a young team, you will have a rich opportunity to make a difference. You will report to Head of Information Security, Marie Borbye Corini.

YOU WILL BE TRUSTED WITH SUPPORTING TASKS SUCH AS

  • Supporting our work with security risk management
  • Supporting our general information and cyber security maturity journey globally through supporting different projects globally.
  • Supporting internal auditing of security controls and support for country-specific local audits.
  • Supporting our Supply Chain Security efforts
  • Documenting processes, producing templates, helping implement new procedures.
  • Other interesting infosec-related tasks, depending on your particular skillset.
