Student Assistant (m/f/d) Standards Development

The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. FoodPLUS GmbH also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.
For our Standards Development team, we are looking for a Student Assistant (m/f/d) working 15 – max. 20 hours per week, for a minimum employment period of 12 months. Starting date immediately.

• Support the team in the research and revision of labor and human rights regulations and its impact in agriculture
• Assist with documents and presentations editions with regards to layout/formatting and editorial content, working closely together with the Product Managers
• Manage deadlines and contents to ensure delivery of documents in time
• Prepare and send out mailings, as requested while working closely together with external stakeholders
• Ensure the processing of e-mails and keep control of the central mailbox
• Take on any other supportive tasks such as preparing statistics, tables for documents, etc.
