At our location in Dortmund we are looking for a
student assistant/master’s thesis (m/f/d): Fluorescence microscopy and mass spectrometry imaging of neutrophils

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new fluorescence microscopy protocols for neutrophils from blood and in tissues.
  • Perform mass spectrometry imaging measurements of neutrophils from blood and within tissues.
  • Combine information from fluorescence microscopy and mass spectrometry imaging in an integrated workflow.
  • Apply the methodology to disease models.
