YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual with the following competencies:

• Currently pursuing a BA or MSc in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience or training in a related field.
• Basic understanding of the business area and pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to drive tasks forward, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.

Experience required:

• Experience in planning and executing tasks within a given timeframe.
• Training in problem-solving within established procedures.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in data modelling, coding, or similar a plus.

As a Student Assistant in Performance Optimization, you will assist in delivering core tasks and achieving operational objectives within our commercial effectiveness area. Your main objectives will include:

• Manage monthly updates of market data for strategic brands from external partner (IQVIA)
• Align with markets on disease adjustments of competitor products and contribute to optimizing the process and data quality
• Contribute to reporting deliverables going to key markets and global brand teams
• Support the teams in Commercial Operations & Data with data extraction and analysis (Forecasting, Performance Optimization, Life-Cycle-Management)
• Support stakeholder management efforts and alignment with external partner on ongoing projects related to in-market data

You will also troubleshoot problems independently, explain facts, policies, and practices to others, coordinate project tasks, and act as a key resource in the organization’s technical/support structure.
