The portfolio management student assistant at Radiometer is responsible for supporting the portfolio manager and PMO team with improvements of project portfolio management tools, their roll-out, and maintenance. In addition, the student assistant will be supporting the PMO team with administrative tasks.
This position is part of the Project Management Office in the Acute Care Diagnostics located in Copenhagen, Denmark and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of Project Portfolio Management and report to the Portfolio Manager in Acute Care Diagnostics responsible for maintaining and improving our global project portfolio management. You will develop and implement new tools for an efficiently executed project portfolio and interact with technology experts, product managers, and clinical and regulatory affairs specialists on a regular basis. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Current enrollment in a Master’s degree in engineering, IT, project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Technology savviness and proficiency in MS office suite.
  • Structured approach to solving challenges independently and in teams.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams from all parts of the business.
  • Good prioritization and time management skills.
  • Willingness and pro-activeness in taking on new tasks to support the team.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN OR UNDERSTANDING FOR:

  • Project or project portfolio management, or related activities.
  • Medical device technology and design control.
  • Software solutions for project planning and data management.
