ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Student Assistant in the Reward team, you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues in the team. The Reward team supports the business in developing and implementing the reward agenda in Nexi Group. Some of the tasks are updating our policies and guidelines to make sure we comply with changing regulations as well as supporting with data analysis.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Support with the annual reward processes, such as annual salary increases, performance processes and bonus pay-out

• Provide data analysis where you process and analyze large sets of data in excel and then prepare the findings in presentationsSupport with other ad-hoc Reward and Mobility related tasks
