Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

In the role of our new Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition, your tasks will be to

  • Help develop our employer brand and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with our hiring managers to support finding the best talents for our business.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment processes at different levels.
  • Generate a diverse candidate pool through direct sourcing, identifying, screening, and delivering qualified candidate shortlists.
  • Promote our business through employer branding initiatives together with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Support other HR projects, for instance within D&I, university collab, employer branding, etc.
  • All the above naturally in compliance with the latest legislation, including GDPR.
