ABOUT THE TEAM:
As part of expanding the Pandora’s Digital & Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Capacity and Vendor Management team where you will work with your colleagues to manage and support in various administrative and strategy tasks within the CVM team. You will also assist in workshop planning/execution and creation of various Policies and Processes for CVM.
As a Student Assistant in our team, you will have dedicated responsibilities within the Capacity and Vendor Management area where you will support the team and our work.
You will work directly with our Vendor Managers , various Subject Matter Experts leads from various teams within Digital & Technology to ensure transparency on processes and contracts.
The position is expected to be approx. 15-20 hours per week, considering the workload of your studies.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in various procurement and contract processes & activities.
- Supporting contract management mailbox activities - contracts, work orders and agreements across categories.
- Ensuring collaboration between various stakeholders in Digital &Technology for seamless execution of tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and contribute with new ideas
- Managing our SharePoint and Intranet, developing PowerPoint slides.
- Administrative tasks supporting the Capacity and Vendor Management team.
- Other ad hoc tasks supporting the team.
