Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the quality & operations of centre.
- Leading and guiding Staff, building a positive, friendly and supportive centre culture.
- Sourcing & planning of activities and holiday programmes for children.
- Building good rapport with parents, volunteers and other stakeholders.
- Identifying and referring children and families to appropriate assistance whenever necessary.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide programmes which meet children’s needs.
