Responsibilities:
To assist with the development and delivery of dynamic communications and campaigns to the University’s student community making our University’s narrative coherent, impactful, and relevant to our students. This includes producing data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, ensuring that communications are effective and continually improved based on insights gathered from student engagement and feedback.
To work with the Students’ Union and other colleagues to develop and deliver a series of all student open meetings with members of the Senior Leadership Team, with the aim of improving engagement and transparency and closing the feedback loop.
You will build close relationships with stakeholders across the directorate to ensure a proactive joined-up approach to all our University-wide communications activity.
You will have a passion for good content and an understanding of creating content for different audiences, working regularly to create accessible and engaging content for all our community across our different channels.
With a fresh innovative approach, you will be keen to support your colleagues to create and deliver content through smart and effective activity.
