Futuristic International Studies (FIS) is an evolving Education Consultancy, Guiding Students & Professionals to their Education Pathways through Schools & University Colleges Outreach.
Headquarted in Abu Dhabi, UAE - FIS is inviting applications from experienced / fresher candidates for the position of Education Advisor (Students’ Counselor).
The potential candidate is expected to be energetic, empathetic Counselor & Salesperson to work closely with the Marketing & Operations department to generate Admission enquires and convert them into enrolments & organise School Events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students & parents on career options, tests, and university admissions criteria etc.
Convert leads into Enrolments.
Meet monthly sales target.
Coordinate with teachers & students for classes and mock tests if any.
Prepare and present reports to Manager.
Create digital marketing creatives.
Coordinate community workshops, webinars, and on-site admissions programs as required.
Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures.
Contributes to the institutional database of prospective/potential and current students.
Visits schools and colleges, speaks to groups and individual students and meet with school officials to develop assocations.
Analyzes trends in student recruitment and retention programs; designs and implements recruitment programs for targeted groups of potential students, and develops strategies for program evaluation.
Creates and distributes a range of resource and promotional materials designed for the recruitment and retention of targeted groups.
Prepares reports, proposals and responds to inquiries from students and external agencies.
Develops operating goals and objectives for the unit.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned & requested.
Calling existing and potential clients to persuade them to enroll in the required courses.
Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Developing and sustaining healthy relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Expected Skills:
Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
An aggressive sales mindset with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Counseling, Research, and convincing skills.
Hands on experience on Ms Office applications, Virtual communcation channels & SAAS.
Expected Work Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in Educational Institute
1-2 years Digital Marketing & Telesales experience
1-2 years Students’ Counselling experience
