Responsibilities:

Student Wellbeing Services wishes to appoint a Student Disability and Wellbeing Officer. The postholder will provide comprehensive disability and wellbeing support service to all students. Coordinating the Group’s response by instructing and liaising with staff throughout the university group, appropriate external agencies, and student families where appropriate. To promote and improve the welfare, health, wellbeing, and student experience. Develop, provide, and publicise the professional support service to students, their tutors and other university group staff on all matters relating to student Welfare and Wellbeing. To undertake a proactive role in supporting students with additional support needs. Deliver a professional support and advisory service to students, parents/guardians and University Group staff on all matters relating to practical, personal, and additional needs arising from disability. Supporting and guiding students and staff with disability guidance, support, and advice.
