JOB SUMMARY:

The Student Worker will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls. This role is primarily responsible for greeting guests, directing phone inquiries, and monitoring the entrance to ensure a welcoming and secure environment. The position is ideal for students looking to develop customer service and communication skills in a professional setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a currently enrolled student in good academic standing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive to the front desk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer Incoming Calls: Politely field and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
• Monitor Entrance: Greet and screen visitors to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
