We are recruiting for a Student Employment Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative Careers & Employability team.
In this role you will work as part of a team to empower our students, supporting them to access and undertake work experience such as part time work and campus jobs. You will work alongside other team members to provide CV and application advice specifically for those who are looking for this type of work. The primary focus of your role will be one-to-one job support for students, and administration linked to access and participation initiatives including the opportunities fund. This role will require partnership working with the Careers & Employability Adviser (Access & Participation) to support with data administration and development of project work.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting students from a variety of backgrounds, with a focus on supporting those from underrepresented groups.
