Job Introduction
Are you passionate about creating exceptional student experiences and fostering strong relationships? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Student Experience Manager to join our team at Sevenoaks School. In this role, you will support the development of our services through effective pupil and teacher communication, building trust through consistent engagement, and leveraging media to manage our clients’ and customers’ reputations.
You must be available to work five days a week, with flexibility for any days within the seven-day week.Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity. This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland.
What you’ll do:
- Lead client and customer communication initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
- Organise and attend pupil and staff engagement events.
- Promote sustainability through targeted communication efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a similar customer focused role
- Demonstrable experience of using marketing / promotional content to increase sales
- Experience of event coordination, ideally within an educational environment
- Experience of using various communication mediums (marketing, PR / social media tools) to engage students or customers
- Sound understanding of social media platforms and marketing
- Highly personable with excellent customer focus
- Strong communicator with an ability to communicate to all levels effectively
- Proactive and highly organised
- Extremely flexible
- An excellent eye for detail
