Description:

STUDENT EXPERIENCE SITE PROJECT LEADER

Location: Stratford, London
Salary : £32k + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)
Hours:37.5 hours per week. Work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Weekends will be required on depends of the project needs, probably 2 weekend days per month required.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Customer Experience Site project Leader role will be looking after our students experience while our site go through our cladding project. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Project Customer experience side and the first point of contact for our students.
You will also be liaising with the contractors and the project management team directly.
Expect no two days to be the same!

WHAT YOU`LL BE DOING :

  • To liaise with contractors on a day to day basis.
  • To attend project meetings.
  • To organise and plan the movement of students out of their rooms while cladding works will be carrying out.
  • To organise and plan the movement of students back to their rooms once works have been completed in their rooms.
  • To organise the cleaning of the rooms while students move in and out as per project works are carrying out.
  • To handle with any possible complaints, queries and questions.
  • To take accountability and ownership of the daily operations related to our site cladding project.
  • To ensure that our guest satisfaction and experience remains positive.
  • To have a very good communication with the site Student Experience team and the Management team.
  • To be flexible and collaborate with the site team if needed.
