Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & potentially facilitate workshops, networking events
  • Onboarding (introduce & train) of new volunteers
  • Keep the Volunteer community informed, engaged and motivated
  • Communication activities (monthly newsletter, maintenance of gSite, etc.)
  • Gathering feedback from customers, take actions to adapt and improve continuously
  • Evaluation of statistics and supporting the communication of regular data updates

Key development areas:

  • organising, setting up and sometimes running different workshops
  • community engagement and stakeholder management
  • deepen your understanding of Employability and Career Development at Roche and how to support our employees
  • facilitating, and/or advising skills
