Description:
The Student Management Officer will collaborate with the Discipline team to provide professional service in planning, implementing, and enforcing the school’s student management processes.
The officer will work with the school’s Student Management Team on the followings:
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline; preferably from a local polytechnic (those without a diploma and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent attitude, good interpersonal skills, has initiative and good at relating with teenagers.
- Good planning, analytical and communication skills.
- To work with external agencies like MHA, the Police, CNB, the Court, MCYS, Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWOs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) (when required)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and one other national language
- Able to communicate and work with teenagers and parents
- Able to manage teenagers with good child psychology
- Able to manage and provide information and data to Discipline department and School Operations.
- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- A dynamic and motivated individual with good organising abilities, interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- During HBL days and school holidays, officers will be attached to the School Admin Team and/or School Operations Team to assist with administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned.
