POSITION OVERVIEW:

A Student Optician’s purpose is to exceed client expectations while promoting the Spectacle culture with great client service and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all eyewear, sunwear, and vision care products and services. With a clear understanding of Spectacle’s mission and vision, your role as a Student Optician will be to to ensure each and every store visitor is served with enthusiasm, expertise, friendliness, and honesty.
Think of yourself as part optician, part problem-solver, part stylist, part sales associate and part brand ambassador.

• Provide top-notch, stellar customer service
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge (and be able to give expert style advice)
• Brainstorm (and think creatively) about ways in which to optimize each customer’s experience
• Communicate Spectacle’s values and brand philosophy to customers
• Work with other team members to ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping and purchasing experience
• Learn and grow with Spectacle as our retail presence expands
