ABOUT THE ROLE:

Job Summary:
CECOS College London is looking for a meticulous and experienced Recruitment/Campus Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing student recruitment operations, ensuring strategic enrolment goals are met. This role involves collaborating with admissions teams, marketing, and external agencies to attract and enrol high-quality candidates while maintaining compliance with college policies. Additionally, oversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and functionality of the college premises, ensuring a productive and secure environment for students and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets.
 Manage a team of recruitment officers, providing training and support.
 Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other institutions for student outreach.
 Plan and execute recruitment events such as open days, fairs, and virtual sessions.
 Analyse recruitment data and trends to optimise strategies.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective recruitment materials.
 Maintain a comprehensive overview of all Further Education activities occurring on campus
 Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents, ensuring a high level of customer service.
 Maintain relationships with education agents and other stakeholders.
 Manage building maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
 Oversee health and safety compliance, conducting regular audits.
 Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
 Monitor and manage the facility budget effectively.
 Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff.
 Ensure classrooms, labs, and communal areas are equipped and functional.
 Handle emergencies such as power outages or security breaches.
 Plan for future upgrades or expansions in line with the college’s growth.
