This is a home-based role reporting to our Senior Student Recruitment Manager.
Our Student Recruitment Teams are responsible for driving student numbers, organising key events and account management of local relationships with Schools, Colleges and Universities. They work to support every stage of the recruitment cycle from lead generation to conversion through face to face events and work closely with marketing to ensure targets are met.

As our Student Recruitment Manager - Operations, you will:
- Process Improvement: Implement and embed national processes and systems to support student recruitment activities, working closely with stakeholders across the university.
- IT Systems Management: Oversee recruitment platforms (e.g., Gecko, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and ensure their effective use to enhance engagement and data accuracy.
- Data & Reporting: Manage and analyse prospect data to support marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve return on investment.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for national and regional events, including UCAS and HE fairs, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
- Budget Management: Track and report on marketing expenditure, ensuring accurate financial recording and guidance for the team.
