Description:
WHAT YOU NEED
- Proven experience in student recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with youth.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Full NZ driver’s licence.
- IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Student Management Systems.
- Understanding of Pacific cultures and fluency in a Pacific language is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Campus Director, you will be the key resource behind Oceania Career Academy’s student recruitment campaigns. Working closely with the Campaign Ta’ita’i and other teams, you will plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure OCA continuously attracts and enrols students.
You’ll also manage recruiting events, showcase OCA’s unique offerings, and assist students through the enrolment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns targeting key student prospects.
- Manage events and presentations that inspire and engage students.
- Build relationships with schools, community groups, and influencers to promote OCA.
- Handle all enquiries and guide potential students through the enrolment process.
- Create progress reports and provide insights into recruitment activities.
- Contribute to teaching and student support during quieter intake periods.
