Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Services Officer to join our Perth campus. This role is critical in providing friendly, informative, and quality customer service to our students and stakeholders as well as supporting the overall delivery and management of our programs.
As a key member of the student services officer team, this person is the first point of call for all queries and is a focal point of the company’s customer care and retention program.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Responding to enquiries (in person, by phone, email etc.), sourcing information, following up and providing responses in a timely manner
- Being the primary point of contact for Students on issues including, but not limited to general course queries, class times, unit enrolment, timetabling, and payments.
- Assisting with all administrative duties associated with student lifecycle, including orientation, enrolment, course progress and graduation.
- Monitor and update student records on relevant databases, including student contact information, attendance and results
- Issuing student cards, letters & official documentation
- Liaising with other SSO’s & Managers at our Perth and other campuses
- Assisting in marketing activities and special events if required
- Participating in the overall continuous improvement of the department
