JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director, this position will partner with business and Enterprise Services Teams on projects to capture work effort, understand the technology required and complete cost/demand estimates. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent Excel knowledge, and able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities.
Term Length: 4-months (January - April 2025)

Responsibilities:

Intake Management:

  • Schedule and conduct cost and demand estimation gathering sessions.
  • Work with Enterprise Infrastructure partners to ensure project estimates cover all activities within scope, including project management, development, testing, and vendor and contract management activities.
  • Ensure cost estimations are reviewed and approved by the sponsors.
  • Assists with creation, analysis and action plans related to Intake Dashboard reporting.
  • Manage, report and ensure adherence to KPIs, SLTs, SLAs and SLOs relevant to intake process.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly tracked for audit and reporting.
  • Collaborate on process improvements, and quality assurance of the process inputs and outputs. Lead Brighter Way process improvements.

Strategic Planning:

  • Support the annual strategic planning activities for the Enterprise Infrastructure.
  • Work with the Intake Managers ensuring established processes are followed.
  • Support the demand collection for all the EI Teams.
  • Oversees the preparation of reports including demand (billable and non-billable days) and costs.

Documentation:

  • Ensure utilization of established documentation standards for Demand and Resource Management process.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored in the TS PMO SharePoint site and other locations identified by the process.
  • Assist and collaborate on creation of presentations for Senior Management.

Team Work:

  • Collaborate with TS PMO Intake Managers to standardize the delivery of services by developing and implementing plans.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team by supporting a work environment that promotes continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork
