Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Student Success Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our students, ensuring they have an outstanding experience throughout their learning journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for student enquiries via calls, emails, and support platforms, with a strong focus on supporting and advancing student progression.
  • Proactively engage with students to address concerns, provide guidance, and support engagement and course progression.
  • Contribute to student profiling by gathering insights from interactions, surveys, and reviews.
  • Manage data entry related to student enrolments and course completions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student challenges and enhance the student journey.
  • Advocate for students, ensuring their voices are heard across APC.
  • Execute administrative processes and tasks associated with the student journey using internal student support platforms.
  • Promote APC to current and prospective students, industry partners, and the broader community.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to ongoing improvements at APC.
