Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Student Support Officer provides advice and shares responsibility for unit programs including disability provisions and various appeal programs. This role undertakes a range of projects and reporting and administrative activities to support the sections various programs and appeals, for all external examinations for the Higher School Certificate.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- providing a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, and meeting / event coordination
- responding to first-level enquiries, and escalating/redirecting issues as required
- communicating with relevant stakeholders on disability provisions and appeals processes/policies
- reviewing documentation and records for disability provisions and appeals, in line with quality and organisational requirements
- maintaining records and databases and complying with administrative processes to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
