Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. Start date is as soon as possible.
Your main tasks in this support role within the Private Markets Operations team include:
- Maintaining and populating Private Equity related databases and Excel tools;
- Analysis of financial reports received from Private Equity fund managers;
- Preparation of data for investors’ reporting and presentations;
- Quality assurance of work products;
- Processing of client inquiries.
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, business informatics or similar at Bachelor or beginning of Masters;
- Working experience in the financial industry (internships or similar support roles) and/or private equity would be an asset;
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and German;
- Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel;
- Analytical and high focus on detail combined with an ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
- Strong affinity to work with and analyze data, data modelling skills are a plus;
- Pro-active and motivated team player.
