THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about fostering student wellbeing and making a meaningful difference in their lives? Carey Baptist Grammar School is seeking a dedicated Student Wellbeing Administrator to join our dynamic Student Wellbeing team.
As a key member of this multidisciplinary team, you’ll work alongside School Nurses, Psychologists, Student Guidance Coordinators, Wellbeing Project Coordinators, and other administrators to support the mental, physical, and social-emotional wellbeing of our students.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with staff across school sections to promote and enhance student wellbeing initiatives, helping to create a supportive and nurturing environment for all.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome students and visitors at the Student Wellbeing Reception.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Student Wellbeing, Student Wellbeing Lead, and First Aid Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, including individual risk management plans, medical information, and compliance records, to meet school and government requirements.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups for Anaphylaxis Action Plans, Asthma Action Plans, and other condition-specific Action Plans, including managing Adrenaline Auto-Injectors.
  • Oversee the Student Wellbeing inbox, ensuring timely responses and communication.
  • Contribute to creating a relational, positive, and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors, reflecting the School Values of Care, Respect, and Growth.
