BACKGROUND & SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (such as Business, Law, Finance, or a related field).
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- While experience in risk management and compliance is a plus, it is not required.

Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Student Worker on our Group Risk & Compliance team, you will play a key role in helping us manage and mitigate risks throughout our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting due diligence: Assisting in researching and evaluating customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to our internal policies and external regulations.
- Managing shared mailbox: Overseeing and organizing the Risk & Compliance team’s shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting manual and training updates: Aiding in the maintenance and revision of internal manuals and training materials, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Ad hoc tasks: Providing support on various projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
