We are currently looking for a Student Worker to support our Strategic HR Portfolio Management Team. We do magic to bring Global Strategic HR Projects across the finish line, and this year our main focus is the HR target operating model transformation which touches more than 600 HR people across the world.

As a Student Worker you will have a contract with a maximum of 20 hours per week. This will allow you to combine your studies with the possibility to gain practical experience.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

• While your field of study is less important, we value a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complexity effectively, and a keen eye for process improvement.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally MiroBoard.
• Excellent communication (in English) and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complexity and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You are enrolled in a university program.

• Enhancing the visual identity of our transformation project using SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Creating engaging user journey recordings utilizing MiroBoard and AI voiceover technology.
• Supporting the mapping and streamlining of global service delivery through Excel and collaborative Teams meetings.
• Contributing to content improvements and identifying opportunities for optimization.
