Description:

Position Summary: The Human Resources Office at Warner University seeks a dedicated and professional Student Worker to assist with daily administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This position is ideal for a student who is organized, proficient in office duties and committed to upholding the values and privacy standards of the Warner University HR office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a current Warner University student eligible for the Florida or Federal Work-Study Program.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exhibit proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Demonstrated experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
  • Preference will be given to juniors or seniors majoring in Business Administration
  • Flexible working hours, around 2-3 hours per day Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining HR office files, ensuring accurate record keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Perform routine office tasks such as shredding sensitive documents, answering phone callsand managing office supplies.
  • Provide front-desk support, including greeting and assisting walk-in employees and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process paperwork related to student employment
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information
