BACKGROUND & SKILLS

For this position, you are currently enrolled at the end of your Bachelor’s or beginning if your Master’s in a design-related field of study, such as UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Digital Media. In addition, you have:

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for interface sketching and prototyping.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed, user-centered design solutions.
• Knowledge of design principles and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences.

On a personal level, you are open-minded and have a communicative approach, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse perspectives and ideas. Along with your strong teamworking skills, you can collaborate smoothly with colleagues to achieve mutual goals. At the same time, you are highly independent and self-motivated, able to take initiative and manage tasks autonomously while contributing to the success of the team. An analytical, structured, and proactive approach, coupled with a passion for learning and tackling new challenges, is also essential in this role.

As a student worker, you will work closely with our project team and stakeholders in Nordborg to translate functional requirements into clear, user-friendly interface designs. You will use Figma to create detailed sketches and prototypes, setting the foundation for our software development team in Pune, India, to bring these interfaces to life. Furthermore, it will be your key responsibilities to:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for ServiceTools and Configurators based on initial requirements.
• Ensure alignment with Danfoss’ UI/UX guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
• Optimize interfaces for usability, ensuring fast navigation and an intuitive customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design requirements for clarity and detail.
