About the Role:
As an Administrative Services Associate, you will support diverse operational and administrative needs across various departments within our organization. Your role is vital for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by executing essential administrative tasks and assisting teams with a variety of functions, thus ensuring overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Conduct basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Support travel arrangements and expense tracking.
  • Assist in the distribution of internal communications.
  • Perform routine office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Support various administrative projects as needed.
