About the Role:
As an Administrative Services Associate, you will support diverse operational and administrative needs across various departments within our organization. Your role is vital for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by executing essential administrative tasks and assisting teams with a variety of functions, thus ensuring overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain and update filing systems and records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide logistical support for meetings and events.
- Conduct basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Support travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Assist in the distribution of internal communications.
- Perform routine office supply inventory and ordering.
- Support various administrative projects as needed.
