Description:
OVERALL ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will support the Government Lead to deliver a comprehensive and integrated oversight and compliance capability that enables NGA to conduct authorized missions in accordance with Federal law and policy protecting privacy rights and civil liberties. Implement an Agency-EEO Maturity Model and/or framework - Finalize and implement the NGA EEO maturity model/framework and take actions necessary to progress through the model and measures its progress. Carry out both primary and secondary data collection and analysis activities, interpretation of data, and analytic results, development, vetting, and implementation of recommendations. Develop and deliver reports and presentations to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders. Identify, develop plans, implement recommendations, and analyze data; then develop strategic implementation plans with respect to triggers and barriers to equal employment opportunities and an inclusive workplace.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:
- At least 11 years of relevant experience
- Experience and demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and implementation guides related to EEO studies previously and currently developed by NGA.
- Two to three years’ experience and demonstrated ability with group session, plan development, and other strategic implementation planning processes.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Possess a Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Resources, or a similar field with strategic planning experience.
- Experience conducting implementation plans or strategic plans with measures of success using data-driven conclusions and turning the findings into meaningful and or actionable recommendations.
- Experience utilizing both human capital data (e.g., promotion, attrition rates, internal churn) and EEO topical areas (e.g., unconscious bias).
- At least seven years related experience in the social science or workforce related field.
DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:
- Subject matter experts in study implementation with advanced degrees in a human resource or workforce fields.
- Demonstrated experience working independently or under limited supervisor and deliver outcomes on time.
- Demonstrated competency performing significant staff officer duties with little to no supervision.
- Demonstrated professional experience interacting with senior-level directors and agency heads/senior leadership
Salary: $130k - $140k
