We’re looking to add a part-time Studio Coordinator to our Whyte Ave DiveThru Crew. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of mental health and is excited to put their administrative experience to good use!
YOUR SKILLS:
Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:
- Experience working in office administration, healthcare, or customer service
- Interest in learning more about and promoting mental health
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and think on your feet
- Thrives when working with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to maintain highly confidential correspondence, filing, and telephone communication.
Considered A Plus:
- Certification in office or business administration studies or a healthcare-related field
- Completed courses related to psychology or mental health (e.g. suicide intervention training)
HOURS OF WORK
This is a part-time role. We are looking for someone with flexible availability (including evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities:
- Monitor all front desk activities, bookings and inquiries
- Support clients with matching to their best-fitting therapist
- Support clients with payment, direct billing, scheduling, and app features
- Ensure client forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Contact clients who require follow up or reminders
- Be in regular communication with therapists and the studio team to ensure client booking, matching, and payment processes are going smoothly
- Stay up-to-date with studio updates and processes by attending team meetings or staying connected with the Studio Manager & Clinical Lead
- Support with maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment
